Tristoné Burmillas

Photobucket
live at Woodford in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney. It all began in the year 2000, when I introduced Tybolee Tristian, a brown shaded Longhair Burmilla to my two outraged Burmese girls. He quickly became the ruler and winner of hearts in that household!

Without too much more ado, Tristian was later joined by Kurranulla Lady Madonna, a black shaded Longhair Burmilla girl, Shantinga Jamaica Rose, a brown shaded girl and Shantinga Silver Amaridian, a young black tipped male.

These cats were a constant joy to live with and are the basis of the Tristoné breeding programme. Many thanks to the friends who worked with me in those early days as a novice!

We have now come a long way with these girls retired and living with wonderful new families. Adoria Cara Mia and Tristone Chilli Cha Cha (Little Meg) having been Tristone's most recent queens. Meg's daughter Tristone Spindrift (Dione) is carrying on the programme with her first litter due in April 2007.

We also have had the input of a lovely brown shorthair boy Hastur Silva Asaru (Raffles), who is Dione’s grandfather.

Tristone Cattery remains small scale, with kittens being available a couple of times a year.
A special thanks to Isabella Leung, Leonie Windle and the many other friends who share with me their photographic and creative gifts to capture my cats for this website.
